Overview: An advanced search screen has been designed with its users in mind. Previously a basic bootstrap data table, this newly designed interface is task-based, providng more than look-and-find functionality. It allows a user to search, filter, edit and clone a configuration. Messages across the company are being consolidated into one central source of truth and have been / will be surfaced through this screen. The in-house Digital Messaging System delivers ~90% of Capital One's customer notifications. All feature development related to the messaging lifecycle is intended to support teams as they respond to changing market conditions and improve the speed at which changes [or new features] reach market; delivering tools that ensure brand integrity and safe delivery of its digital messages.
