From inception to launch, I manage feature development. Using mindmapping to list features and facets of a build provided transparency around scope and fueled prioritization discussions. Correlating facets into workflow models supported communication with stakeholders, both internal and external to the project. Models enabled the product team to clarify intent to leadership and to developers who worked hard to bring ideas to life. Feature decks provided a summation of design workflow, goals, business value, delivery times and dependencies.
